Through these avatars, you will take on progressive missions and gain deeper insights as you challenge yourself and connect your daily habits and behaviors with your team’s performance and your organization’s strategies.

THE NOVICE

An individual who is unacquainted or unskilled in the
science and art of building habits.

THE SCIENTIST

“By constantly focusing on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, you can alter and improve your brain circuitry to become better suited to create habits.”

A person who will gain a system of scientific knowledge
covering the general laws of what makes the brain tick when building or changing habits.

THE PAINTER

“Victorious warriors win, then go to war;
defeated warriors go to war and attempt to win.”
– Sun Tzu

An artist who will paint self-portraits, both of current
and desired states of identities, behaviors, and habits.

THE MAESTRO/ A

“Creating habits is much like conducting a great orchestra, in which each player listens to the other instruments as they play their score.”

An eminent composer and a conductor, who will
coordinate a powerful Habits Quartet and compose
a repertoire of Habits Scores to create the
consistency required to build habits.

THE ARCHITECT

A designer of the broad social, emotional, and physical organizational contexts at the points of choice, who will reduce or amplify decisions to facilitate the creation of habits.
